Kat’s Konfections in Ramsey, NJ has been taking orders in our area since 2018.  After a year and a half shut down during the pandemic, they are so excited to be re-opening their virtual doors in the fall!  

    Owner, Kathleen Tosi started creating cakes and confections almost 18 years ago for friends and family.  After successfully being a part of the corporate technology world for more than 20 years, the opportunity to follow her true passion presented itself, she grabbed it, and Kat’s Konfections was born!   The concept was simple: turn cake designs into works of art.  What is offered are fondant or buttercream cakes, sculpted cakes and drips cakes.  Also offered are cupcakes, cookie bars, brownies, biscottis, cake truffles and gift boxes.  And don’t forget the cake toppers!  With her custom cake toppers, you can make her delicious cakes fit any theme of any party!
